It can detect the size and surface (coating, tab, ceramics) defects before and after cutting in real time, and can simultaneously detect the surface defects of the electrode surface at high speed with high precision, automatically measure the defects, and automatically label. The software adopts deep learning algorithm, which guarantees the detection accuracy and gives the false positive defects a second classification to realize more intelligent detection.

This system adopts the unique strobe technology of ultra-bright light source and automatic follow-up focusing technology, which can monitor the electrode in high motion online and in real time. The system focuses on monitoring cutting defects such as cutting burr and sticking material, and can also assist in monitoring the coating thickness of electrode and the quality of cutting machine blades. There are real-time monitoring windows and defect display windows on the system interface, which can give timely acousto-optic alarm or send out labeling signals according to different defect levels, and even stop the cutting machine. The system can also carry out defect statistics and analysis to assist process improvement.

The coating width detection system is mainly used to detect the size of new energy electrodes with high precision. It can be used for high-speed concurrent detection, automatic defect measurement and automatic classification. It adopts hardware+software mode to measure dimensions and detect defects. The detection objects include copper foil, aluminum foil, dressing coating and insulating coating of electrodes. Aiming at a single electrode (positive or negative), the system adopts the structure of two inspection stations to meet the inspection requirements of the A side and B side respectively.

This system is mainly used to detect the new energy battery case with high precision. It can be used for high-speed concurrent detection, automatic defect measurement and automatic classification. It adopts hardware+software mode to detect battery case defects.

Through the self-developed acquisition program, the control platform monitors the detection system and equipment status corresponding to the production equipment, and transmits it to the monitoring background in real time. Through data analysis and arrangement, centralized monitoring and display functions are realized, including key information management, monitoring and abnormal alarm. At the same time, the platform also integrates all information management in the production process, including equipment, personnel, products, production quality and other information management.
