Online burr monitoring system

This equipment is independently developed by CBPM-KEXIN, and installed on a high-speed slitter to monitor the positive and negative electrodes. This system adopts the unique strobe technology of ultra-bright light source and automatic follow-up focusing technology, which can monitor the electrode in high motion online and in real time. The system focuses on monitoring cutting defects such as cutting burr and sticking material, and can also assist in monitoring the coating thickness of electrode and the quality of cutting machine blades. There are real-time monitoring windows and defect display windows on the system interface, which can give timely acousto-optic alarm or send out labeling signals according to different defect levels, and even stop the cutting machine. The system can also carry out defect statistics and analysis to assist process improvement.
